Self Healing- The Best For You 10/06/2011
Forty something and no one ever warns you of the health issues that come with the territory. Sleep disorders, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Leaky Gut Syndrome, Over-active Bladder, Weight Gain, and Depression, these and more hit you when you least expect it. The two most common causes for these and other ailments are STRESS and DIET. If you live in the United States, you are probably unaware of the extremely low level of food quality in this country. The size and demand for food here creates incentive to cut corners in natural food production. Meaning growth hormones are given to the animals we eat to speed production. Genetic alteration of plants to make them grow fast and be resistant to bugs and disease. Furthermore, an array of pesticides are sprayed on crops to ward off attack from insects. All this ads up to BAD FOR YOU FOOD. Even when your a very active, positive, driven person that considers yourself to have no health issues whatsoever, illness can strike. When this happens most people run to the doctor. Well, let me tell you something about doctors. Very few are REALLY smart or REALLY talented in the field of medicine. They don't tell you what their GPA was in medical school. They don't tell you how many people that have died from their misdiagnosis etc. Yes this opinion seems a bit pesimistic, but too much faith is put into our healthcare system. Let me tell you something about most doctors. They are only interested in treating your symptoms not addressing what is causing the symptoms. If you think logically, treating the cause of the symptoms seems a more appropriate action than treating the symptoms themselves. Furthermore, doctors make a lot of money off of keeping you coming back. So if they tell you how to really fix your problem, then how do they make any money off of you? Most problems can be solved with a little research on the internet. There are powerful natural remedies and herbs for healing most any ailment. Many medicines are derived from plants, but those that are chemic really bad for you body on a molecular level. Many conditions that cause us to feel bad come from food related issues. For example, 'over-active bladder' is usually caused from a food sensitivity. Food sensitivities can come on spontaneously and usually stem from too much sugar (or artificial sweetener), dairy, or wheat in your diet. If you have an overactive bladder, try eliminating or limiting the amount of sugar, dairy and wheat that you eat for 1 week. Never eat all three in the same meal if your bladder is acting up. You will be amazed with your results! Don't Trust Doctors My mother was in her early fifties when she went in for her annual physical and the doctor found a lump in a lymph node under her arm. She was sent to a specialist and they soon diagnosed her with lympoma. She was out-raged and told the doctor he was crazy and she walked out. My father was absolutly terrified that my mother was going to die. He told everyone she had cancer and worried sick for the next year or so. That was over twelve years ago and my mother is still doing fine!!! She laughs whenever we bring up the subject saying, "those crazy doctors don't know anything." Did she really have cancer? Maybe. Did her total disbelief in the idea cure her if she really did? Probably. Finally, the point is research your syptoms on the internet and educate yourself on the options for treatment. Diet and you mental attitude should be addressed first. Then when you consider what may be causing the problem, try a natural remedy first. These usually work great and save you money and are better for your body then the chemicals the doctor is going to give you to cover up the symptoms of your underlying problem. Add Comment |
